Session 1: The Foundation of High-Performance

In this session, we discussed what is driving our mindset and the attributes of high-performers to uncover areas that may be holding up back on our growth journey.

NEXT STEPS:

  1. Grab a journal or notebook and complete the homework from session 1 to identify, amplify and develop a high-performance mindset.

  2. Request your Kolbe for insight into your internal operating system.

  3. Take the High Performance Institute Assessment, 36 questions to determine your baseline score across the six areas of high performance.

  4. Register for the next four sessions on Friday at 10 AM EST if you haven’t already.

Session 2: Goals to Actions

In this session, we discussed how to develop effective goals that drive action and progress.

Session 3: The Components of an Ideal First Meeting

In this session, we discussed how to navigate the first meeting to build trust, rapport and gain engagement. The goal is to increase conversion from prospect to client.
